February Snow

So this weekend in the Texas Panhandle is was suppose to be cold (not called).  About in the 20-30 degrees.  My plan was to clean my SCRAP area. I haven't actually made anything since October.  Yeah last year.  I have been sewing and working 40 hours or more a week.  Which I still love my job.  I just is alot sometimes during the week extremely fast pace all day long. 

Any way so this weekend I have been trying to clean out and organize my scrap corner.  So I was working on it last nite till about 630pm when I friend and her little girl wanted to go shopping with them.  First if you really know how I am I don't like to go after dark and I hate going to the mall.  Her little princess cried "NO" she really wanted me to go. So I went and had a great time.  And I got to have coffee from my favorite place in town.

So I am doing the same thing today -when the phone rings this afternoon, braking me out of  zone.  I looked out the window and Holy Crap its Snowing and alot.  So of course I had to put my house shoes and grab the camera.  Here are some of the shots I took and I did take them right from my own front porch.  I hope you like them.

Well Hello scrapers. What a week!!! Actually for me it was really a good week. My plan for this weekend is to actually sit at my "Crap table" I mean "Scrap table". I have come to the realization that I tend to buy way to much scrapbooking stuff. And have finally decided that I need to USE it. Any way I am just rambling. (This is "Chloe" I just had to add her to my blog.) Last nite I went surfing and went to You Tube and found a video for the "Gypsy" it was about the app for photos. Because when I first did that update I thought "I'm not going to use it." but after seeing that idea it made since. I am sorry that I don't remember who made the video.       I really can't believe that I just look at my blog and it has been since 2013 that I actually made a post. But tonight is different I need to post.  I am not gonna talk about crafting and any of my hobbies.  So here I go.       It has been a week today and that I had to made the most difficult decision I have had to make in my life.  I had to take my beloved Baby Chloe "my four legged baby"  to the vet and have her put to sleep.  I had made the decision on Labor Day weekend after a dear friend came to feed and had informed me that she really didn't eat that much.  I had asked about her water if she drank a lot and she stated not really.  Well, I knew at that point that that wasn't her at all.  So on Sunday I called my mom and we discussed it at length and she told me "Honey, this has to be your decision no one else to make."  That is the hardest thing to hear your parent tell you.  But I told her tha...

Ok I have finally downloaded my pictures. I can't believe that is already June. I just can't believe how fast this year is going. Below I have my Father's Day card. Enjoy.. I love this card its for my "Grandpa Bill" for people that know me well. I am a horriable speller. A friend of mines 4th grade son to inform me of my mistake. Great..... Anyway. This card was so easy. The circle was from "Wild Card". I then embossed new folder from Cuttlebug big circle (borrowed from a friend) Got to have it. The grass "Plantin Schoolbook" and golf tee from "Everyday Paper Dolls". The inside says "Have a HOLE in 1 day!" I cut the "Dad" out with "Base camp" cricut cartiage and then embossed it the Cuttlebugwith Argyle pattern folder. And then I took a dobber with black ink on it. Just a bit.
